PhD Programme in Stem Cell Biology
The Programme
The Wellcome Trust and MRC generously fund our highly competitive 4yr PhD Programme in Stem Cell Biology. This programme provides students with an opportunity to spend time in three different labs during their first 'rotation' year, before making a decision about where they would like to undertake their thesis work.
We invite applications for two MRC studentships to join the 2012 intake to our Four Year PhD Programme in Stem Cell Biology.
One studentship is specifically targeted to applicants with a physical, mathematical or computational sciences background who are interested in applying this training to aspects of stem cell biology. The second studentship is open to any outstanding candidate.
Successful candidates will join the Four Year PhD Programme commencing 1 October 2012. Information on the programme is available in the course outline.
Please note that the MRC's eligibility restrictions will apply. Please read this information before submitting an application.
Deadline for applications is 31st May 2012.
Applications for the Wellcome Trust funded PhD studentships are currently closed, but are considered once each year and are relevant to prospective students who have not decided on a specific supervisor and/or do not have their own funding.
If you require information about the course that is not covered on this website, please contact Genevieve Blais.
