Big Biology Day 2014

On Saturday 18th October 2014 the Institute will be participating in the ‘Big Biology Day Cambridge’.


A Big Biology Day is a one day science festival that celebrates the life sciences and engages the general public with an array of biological topics through hands on activities, crafts and displays, bringing together a number of biological organisations under one roof.


The Stem Cell Institute's stand

At the Institute's stand you can find out about the amazing world of stem cells! You will be able to look after your own flask of stem cells in our 'Stem Cell Pet' experiment; race to the finish line in our stem cell board game; and talk to junior researchers working in the field about the latest advances.


Date: Saturday 18th October 2014, 10am - 4pm 

Venue: Hills Road Sixth Form College
