This interactive session will explore the everyday leadership behaviours that shape team culture, influence others and strengthen trust.

Through guided reflection, group discussion, and research‑based insights, participants will examine what leadership means to them, identify the qualities people value most in those they follow and consider how small, intentional actions can make a meaningful difference.
