Manoj Mahto

Manoj is a specialist in electron microscopy with expertise in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), and light microscopy. He supports the facility by providing user training, instrument operation, workflow optimisation, and troubleshooting. Manoj works with researchers at all experience levels (basic to advanced) to design experiments, supports them in preparing samples, and acquire high quality, publication ready data tailored to their scientific questions. His technical strengths include EDX analysis, ultra high resolution SEM and TEM imaging, TEM tomography, negative staining, Immuno gold labelling, ultrathin sectioning (ultramicrotomy), and STEM."
