The CSCI Research Culture & Integrity and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committees have joined forces for a panel discussion around ‘Having children and a career’.

Speakers will include specialists from HR, University of Cambridge childcare services and panel members from across the Institute.

The discussion will cover types of parental leave, how having children impacts careers, returning to work after having children and barriers which may impact decisions on having children.
