Theodore Nelson graduated from Columbia University in 2024 with a BA in computer science. Since October 2024, he has been a master’s student in both Sarah Teichmann and Richard Tyser’s labs, studying heart development with high-throughput spatial sequencing technologies. He was awarded the Churchill Scholarship [https://www.churchillscholarship.org/]. He additionally serves on the executive committee of the Cambridge Synthetic Biology Society.
